Villa Las Dalias is a typical Andalusian villa, the perfect holiday home for a big family, a few families with children or up to 7 couples, located in Almuñécar.
The villa faces south-west, has a surface of 334 m² inside with a unique sea view from living room, dining room and sea view in no less than 5 of the 7 bedrooms. Waking up, the very first thing you see is the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.
From wherever you are in the villa, the views are breathtaking and unimpeded on the beach, the Marina del Este in La Herradura, exclusive Punta de la Mona and the Mediterranean Sea.
You will enter the top floor with a fully equiped kitchen, large living room , beautiful dining room next the typically Andalusian windows and further in the 20 m long corridor 4 bedrooms, all with airconditioning and 3 bath rooms.
We have named the bedrooms Mariposa, Alhambra, Toro, Flamenco (upstairs), Mar en Paraiso Azul downstairs. They are beautifully decorated according to their name.
The pride of Las Dalias is its Patio de los Naranjos, a large and beautiful terrace east side of the house where you will enjoy your breakfast in the sun or you will relax in the spacious lounge seats, next to the orange trees. It has a lovely outside kitchen and barbecue.
Downstairs at pool level there is a lovely bathroom and a bar to your left. Bar table and high chairs are usually outside, ready for aperitif next to the pool. To the right are the rooms Alpujarras, Mar and Paraiso Azul , the last being a family room with a double bed and a bunkbed.All the rooms at pool level have the sea view. All have immediate access to the pool area.
Las Dalias is very proud of its Mediterranean garden. A lovely, private and heathed swimming pool is surrounded by a colorful paradise of fruit, flowers, herbs and beautiful spots to relax and enjoy.
As a tribute to the Costa Tropicals main activity, we have a wide variety of tropical fruit trees : mango, pomegranate, lemon, orange, peach, kumquat, banana (platano), nectarine etc.
The flowers add color to the seaview and the herbs in the garden will make you want to close your eyes and smell intensely. Last but certainly not least is the rustic appearance of our ‘centenario olive tree’ next to the lovely Patio de los Olivos in the back of the garden.
Another focus point in the garden is our ‘barco de espetos’. You will see them all around the beaches and the lovely statute of an espetero at San Cristobal beach underlines its local importance. Las Dalias offers its guests the possibility to be an espetero themselves, preparing your own sardines, sea fish or meat on a wood fire while staying at the house.
The garden can be enjoyed from spacious terraces at both levels, both in the sun and the shade, making sure you can enjoy garden and sea view at all times and in all weather conditions.
The very lively, typical Spanish town of Almuñécar with its wide promenades and numerous restaurants and shops, as well as beautiful, wide beaches are just walking distance away. Villa Las Dalias is ideally located to visit all the beautiful places Andalucia has to offer : beautiful Nerja with The Balcony of Europe is just 12 miles away, Malaga , Granada and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada only 50 miles or a one hour drive.
